Choices Mentoring: The vision.

Choices strives to create and support generations of stable and productive individuals and families by ensuring that they have ready access to quality education, healthcare, mental health services, physical fitness, financial tools, and spiritual support, as well as safe, healthy and stables places to live.

Our mission is to empower young people with the necessary tools to make better “CHOICES”. Our focus is on providing mentoring, leadership, life skills, conflict-resolution, time management, artistic expression, community service, physical fitness, nutrition, and parenting education for teen parents.

Taking over for his Father, Terrance Carroll, Chad Ali became Executive Director in 2023 and immediately got to work. Chad brings over 13 years of experience in education as a Educator/Coach, 5 of those years in the non-profit sector. "I look forward to picking up the second leg and carrying the legacy forward. My Dad did a great job building the foundation and giving us a strong start in this relay called family legacy. I take full responsibility for being of service to my community by curating positive relationships that extend beyond our locality and impact the world."
